Internet which is unavailable at all times and manages to get worse at night. 2. if you give the bad luck of a non sense guest staying in the germinated house to yours, you will suffer from his noise until he has the urge to stop. It happened to me from 01:50 to 04:40 in the morning from a Monday to Tuesday. And no action has been taken. Taking that off, a nice place according to the photos. Worth the cost-benefit.

The stay was simply wonderful, exceeding our expectations. We arrived at the house already at night and under a lot of rain, however, Mr. Ricardo and Mrs. Mariana made no effort to welcome us in a gentle and attentive way, passing all the details of the house, my family thanks you from the heart. We were delighted with the days we spent here, everything clean and organized with a beautiful architecture, which exactly corresponds to the announcement, note 10 deserved. We will definitely return, congratulations on the welcome, kindness and care in every way.

The place is very quiet to rest and also, an opportunity to see and live with the farm animals. Great for kids to do the interactions.

Excellent accommodation. Super friendly and welcoming host. He gave several tips. Although the location is undergoing maintenance on the public road, nothing was compromised. We were just a little annoyed with the upstairs neighbors who are very noisy and clueless. But that's not in the control of the host, who has always been a spectacular person with us. Complete accommodation. I'm just leaving a point of attention here and NOT a criticism, and to see the listing details, as it is located on the fifth floor and the climb is by stairs. It is a reasonable exercise 🫣😂🤣 and as I am MEGA sedentary this went unnoticed by me and it is NOT the host's fault, who makes it very clear in the description. The apartment is great, the place has everything nearby. The only inconvenience was the power outage last night.

Quiet stay. I rented it for more peace of mind on the long weekend. I was unlucky that the neighbor was doing construction on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, other than that, it was quiet.
