The place is great! Perfect for family outings. We felt very relaxed with the beds. Easy access to the ocean, it’s fun to do some snorkeling cause there’s lots of fish.

It's a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. It's good for small family gathering.

There are many things I love in Rhojen's place. First, the location is accessible to public transportation. There is also a fresh market outside the subdivison so buying food to cook is easy. Second, the house is situated in a safe, guarded and relatively peaceful neighborhood. The place itself is gated which gives added security. Third, there is a covered garage. This is one of the main reasons why I chose this place. Fourth, it has almost all the essentials like airconditioned room, kitchen appliances (except for refrigerator) and cookware/utensils, basic ingredients for cooking and a comfy sofa. There were minor repairs needed in the bathroom but all else is good and functional. Last but not the least, the host and his wife are friendly and responsive. Eventhough we didn't meet personally, they were nice and warm in welcoming us into their home. Overall, this place is value for money given its affordability and features. It is definitely a home away from home. Thank you Sir Rhojen!

My family and I really enjoyed the place. Complete kitchen utensils and cooking pots. Sir tom is very generous enough to let us check in early to drop of our things and change cloths before proceeding to our tour. Place is clean and cozy and we loved the swimming pool. Thank you for having me and my family. We will surely comeback.

Homey vibes with a balcony view. Walkable to a church where we spent Black Saturday and to lots of establishments - laundry shop, massage, minimart, carenderia, etc. complete with things - from flat iron, blower, to kitchen stuff. Nice owner, he asked updates on our check in process. Also responds quickly to queries.

The host is proactively communicates. Friendly and the place was really great and peaceful. Will diff still rent this place when I comeback.

The place was amazing, very clean and had a good space for big families to hangout with. Mr. Bryan was very responsive, when we needed help for some things, he was very prompt and literally one text away. Once again thank you so much Mr. Bryan for being the best host, my family and I really had a great time here.

It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!
