Such a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean and well-kept. It was the perfect space to reconnect and unwind with my college friends. Peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!

We didn't have a difficult time during the entire check in process since the instructions she gave us was really easy to understand and easy to follow. The location of the unit is also good since it is near the main gate and also near the elevator. We had a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend to my friends who will be staying in Davao in the future.

I gave 4 stars because the place could use a bit of improvement. The bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, which we really appreciated. However, there were no rugs provided, and some of the kitchen utensils—especially the spoon and fork—had a slight rusty smell, so we opted to use wooden ones instead. The area itself is peaceful and private, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant nearby opens at 7:30 AM, the pool at 9:00 AM, and the beachfront is accessible anytime. Check-in took a bit of time, so we explored other nearby spots while waiting. Despite that, our overall experience was great, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

This was a last minute rental and the host was most accommodating. The unit is beautiful and has 2 balconies. I highly recommend renting this unit when you are in Davao.

Spending out Anniv Day here was the best decision we've made. It was close to a Mall and though it's beside the road you won't feel that it is crowded or hear any noises as it is located in the upper level or the penthouse. The bathtub was plus points as we love to do relaxation while dipping in the water. The magnificent view of Mount Apo while working is superb. Their kitchen is well equiped though needs a little improvement (scissors & sharp knife). For a couple who's working remotely & love to do gaming, the WIFI was fast and we love it. 100% recommended and will definitely go back.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!
