There were some small adjustments required in the electrical and hydraulic part, something natural in new buildings, but the owners were agile in solving everything quickly. A special highlight for the possibility of renting bicycles directly in the accommodation, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The place is great and as described in the listing, it has everything a house needs, even a washing machine! Cecilia is very attentive and made the stay very peaceful, always being helpful. The place is a little far from the city and the cell phone signal is a little bad and there is no internet in the house, other than that it was all quiet and comfortable, I have already booked my return.

The experience at the Marcio house was a facinant. In addition to the proactivity of so much information, so well divided and clear giving the exact location of things, he was a great helper to help us even with passages of the shuttle. As a tourist who had never taken a nautical transport, I realized how essential the assistance of the same was. The hosting was very good! The place is super quiet, the house is new and decorated with very good taste. The very good location, very close to the beach, bakeries and other shops. Jean Christophe's house is a great find, perfect for both days of rest and as a base for getting to know other places. The house is spacious, very well decorated and equipped, with a delicious outdoor area that holds you most of the time by the stunning view of the beach and the delicious wind that blows there. Jean Christophe was super attentive to the questions I had about arriving at the house and getting around the island. Mr. Nil and Dona Lena, who take care of the house, were extremely friendly and helpful and take care of everything very well, which brings a great welcoming feeling. If you want to get to know Joanes (or go back there) I highly recommend Jean Christophe's house! 💝

I can only recommend staying at Marcio's place. The accommodation is great: spacious, clean, equipped kitchen, accurate photos (well decorated). Location is central. As for Marcio, she's one of the best hosts we've had. He was extremely helpful and responsive to everything. He is very involved in making sure we have a good stay. This is definitely one of the best value for money on the island. We also rented bikes from him for a small fee In short, you can go there without a second thought!
