Impeccable stay! The place of Mauro is that kind of place where you feel the good energy on arrival. The historic mansion is a masterpiece, facing the Paracauari River, with that postcard view of Soure. You can see the affection and care that was placed in the restoration. In addition to the amazing environment, Mauro and Cleide were a thousand note hosts! From the beginning, Mauro always available, sending tour tips and even sharing some cool curiosities, such as the recent filming for Netflix, which rolled on the site. When we had a problem with the shower, he made no effort and promptly sent Cleide and Ricardo (lookout) to solve everything. It was not just a repair, it was the genuine concern of those who care about the well-being of the guests. Cleide, which did our check-in and checkout, was super flexible and attentive with the time, leaving us calm to enjoy until the last minute.

The hosting was very good! The place is super quiet, the house is new and decorated with very good taste. The very good location, very close to the beach, bakeries and other shops. Márcio was an exceptional host, very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made all the difference to us due to the ferry times. I highly recommend this home!

The experience at the Marcio house was a facinant. In addition to the proactivity of so much information, so well divided and clear giving the exact location of things, he was a great helper to help us even with passages of the shuttle. The owner couple are extremely kind and attentive, sharing valuable tips about restaurants, breakfast delivery options, and even contacts from local taxi drivers. The room is very comfortable, with an excellent bed and high quality bedding. The TV already comes with the main pre-configured streaming services by entering your login and password. The unit also has a cooktop with two mouths, sandwich and minibar, which brings even more convenience. There were some small adjustments required in the electrical and hydraulic part, something natural in new buildings, but the owners were agile in solving everything quickly. A special highlight for the possibility of renting bicycles directly in the accommodation, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

There are so many positives that it is even difficult where to begin. First: Jean offered us all support during our stay, he got to the point of picking us up at the waterway terminal and taking us to the lodging and then to the beach, I've never seen any host do anything like that, it was amazing. As we were in a group of 6 people the locomotion was complicated, but he indicated to us several contacts of places that make transportation and everything we need he had the immediate indication, including that kkkkkk Carimbo show. The house offers 2 bikes and a kaiak that we made a point to use. The river literally passes at the bottom of the house and this is a mega differential, taking a dip there was great. It accommodated 6 with no problems, but I believe the ideal is for 4 people.

Jean Christophe's house is a great find, perfect for both days of rest and as a base for getting to know other places. The house is spacious, very well decorated and equipped, with a delicious outdoor area that holds you most of the time by the stunning view of the beach and the delicious wind that blows there. Jean Christophe was super attentive to the questions I had about arriving at the house and getting around the island. Mr. Nil and Dona Lena, who take care of the house, were extremely friendly and helpful and take care of everything very well, which brings a great welcoming feeling. If you want to get to know Joanes (or go back there) I highly recommend Jean Christophe's house! 💝

Felipe was extremely kind and friendly to us. He was very flexible when we asked for an earlier check-in and still went out of his way to allow us a late check-out. I rented a bike from him and was able to get to know the neighborhood. It has many beautiful beaches and is very close to Soure. Felipe, you were a 1000 with us and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing us with this experience.
