Andreas' home is a charming getaway in the best condominium in Praia do Forte. Close to the villa, with direct access to the beach and served by everything needed to experience special days with the family. Andreas was very polite and considerate in all of our contacts. We hope to be back soon!

Andrea was very helpful and attentive, leaving a treat for the children. The house is well organized and signaled, with the kitchen fully equipped. Items like deck and dominoes, beach items like chairs and umbrellas and others made our stay better. The house has many mango feet, which is a delight. The quiet condominium, on the same street all kinds of shops nearby. Attention points: the mattresses are a bit old and the bathrooms show a return of sewage. Although the photos suggest that the house is a foot in the sand, in fact, the condominium is a foot in the sand, and it is necessary to walk 2 minutes and open a gate to access the beach. Access is easy and didn't get in the way. The beach is amazing, just like the rest of the island. Andrea made it easy to check in and check out. I recommend your stay!

Wonderful House, I felt like I was in a spa, located in a luxury condominium in Itacimirim with great security, very quiet and a very good structure. The housekeeper Val is certainly what makes the stay special, very helpful! Despite the various qualities, the house needs minor repairs, I found a nail facing upwards on the wooden deck, the air conditioning in the blue room was a little misconfigured when we arrived and it was not very cold, the shower in one of the rooms, in addition to not being working when we arrived, heated up when it wanted to lol. Of course, the problems were resolved quickly, but it could have been avoided if there had been an inspection before a guest entered, but even so I found it very good and recommend it

The house is beautiful, just like in the pictures! And it surprises even more by being complete, in the smallest detail. The swimming pool is also very good, it hits the sun all day long. The location is privileged: close to the beach. In addition, the condominium is quiet and safe. Very good, warm and comfortable environment.
