The place is very clean. It has many beds to accommodate up to 8 people for a good price. There is no hot water but the weather is so hot that it really doesn't matter. The rooms have air conditioning, but not the living space and kitchen. It is a great place if you are on a budget and want to accommodate a big family. It fulfilled our needs.

Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed only with the inconvenience of not having hot water and having been on the third floor, very well connected, with nearby shops, easily accessible if explained well since it is very close to the ADO. The host is responsive and responsive to communication.

The accommodation is a few blocks from the ADO, on the main street. It's like in a complex with other apartments so you'll hear noise from your neighbors. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, a lot of effort in the decoration, and a bathroom with soap and shampoo. Edi was attentive to our check-in. Small but complete space.

I loved the apartment, ideal for 2 people because it is small. It has enough for you to rest and cook. I loved that the bank is nearby and 4 blocks from the main square, close to the market and the exit to the buses to Roberto Barrios and Agua Azul. Alejandra gave me very good recommendations for eating and getting to know the area. I recommend it and would stay here again.

What a nice surprise! We spent 3 days in this apartment where everything was perfect, very well arranged, tastefully furnished, very clean, and convenient. A large and pretty terrace overlooking the rooftops and which, in addition to the pleasure of relaxing or having breakfast, allows you to feel the atmosphere of Palenque. The quiet room has air conditioning and the shower has good water pressure! César is a great host, very welcoming, helpful and available, he gave us great advice so that we could make the most of Palenque and its gems. We want to put our suitcases down here + stay longer! Everything was excellent, super attentive, super clean, everything for a good stay, just 2 details with the A/C, they are very noisy and the one in 1 room does not cool well even at 21º. My recommendation is to put in the mini-split, but otherwise everything is excellent, highly recommended
