We had an amazing experience during our stay in the apartment! The space was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and sights, plus a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped, making our meals easier. The host was attentive and available whenever we needed. I recommend this apartment for a pleasant and memorable stay.

We stayed for an event that took place at the Transamerica Expo Center. Carina was very quick with the information and attentive. They gave us all the support! The apartment is excellent! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were super good with 3 adults. Very spacious apartment, good shower! Good equipment. Super recommend!!!!

Sonia's place is perfect as it is in the photos. Very well equipped with kitchen items, hygiene and great hairdryer. Extremely clean and smelling bedding. The place is really very beautiful and has a great view. We had some difficulties in accessing the garage, but not because of Sonia. I believe it is due to the safety measures that the city requires and because of the integration of the gatehouse with the security guards.

All perfect for a weekend at two, quiet, cozy, a lot of privacy to stay. Very friendly and polite hosts.

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. The photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is another bedroom with a double bed in the annex, which is great. It's good to bring food to prepare, as it's a little far from everything. If you forget something, there's a mini market in the condominium. At the reception, they are well educated too. To get there, the road is good and quiet. It's a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I recommend it, for sure.

Farmhouse in a very safe and quiet gated community. Beautiful mountain views at sunset. Superbly equipped house, with barbecue, pizza oven, several refrigerators, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, clothes, dryer, swimming pool, umbrellas, many tables, good quality TV and kitchen set up in the house and in the leisure area.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

My family and I loved the house. We went to visit Bethel and it was all very practical, 30 minutes from Bethel and it was two fantastic experiences. I recommend the house to everyone, I had peace of mind, not to mention Cassiano's heart, the concern of my trip both on the way there and back to my house. 🏡 The only tip I give him is to put two more fans in the downstairs rooms. Other than that, the house is wonderful. I am very grateful for the treatment I received.

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

Very functional apartment, with an excellent bathroom and high quality shower. The location is privileged, next to the Oscar Freire subway station. I recommend hosting — it was definitely worth every penny.

My stay was simply spotless !I stayed for 4 days in a super well located apartment, near Espaço Vibra, in São Paulo. The apartment is very well equipped, has dishwasher, coffee maker, cooktop, microwave and was extremely clean and cozy, which made all the difference in the experience. The building has a complete leisure area, ideal for relaxing, and both the doorman and the receptionist were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Another positive point is the ease of access to several nearby establishments, such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Without a doubt, I recommend hosting and would be staying there again !
