Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

This state of the art, family friendly house of two bedrooms, is “sur-mesure” furnished, with furniture custom crafted, by a local artisan. The perfect place to restore and rejuvenate.

It has direct access to the sea and the main road, is located very close to the wonderful traditional settlement of Nikiti and provides private parking in a 1000 square meter garden, exclusively for guests. Fast internet up to 300 Mbps for professional use. The shape and the name Kypseli means the home of bees and comes from a 6-generation family tradition of beekeepers and olive oil producers.
