Composed of 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2, a large kitchen (basic condiments are present) of 30 m2, shower room and bathroom: And what if after an intoxicating walk by the ocean, you let yourself be tempted by the sweetness of a crackling fire?

The house is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and less than a 15-minute walk from the port and the beach. You will find everything you need nearby: bakery, grocery store, supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, tobacco shop, coffee shop... You can enjoy the entertainment of the city center a few steps away, while being protected from nuisances.
