Family-friendly vacation rentals in Salisbury

Absolutely perfect house for the bachelorette party of 10 girls!! It was clean, cozy, spacious, and close to all Stowe has to offer! It slept all 10 adults very comfortably, the fireplace in the living room was lovely, the front porch was so comfortable and a great spot to gather on while some were in the hot tub! Massive driveway, plenty of parking, house was fully stocked with towels and kitchen appliances. We got a ton of snow while we were there and Ryan shoveled our porch and plowed the driveway! The decor and lights throughout the space were beautiful, so welcoming and inviting. We had the best weekend and can’t wait to come back!

An incredibly beautiful home! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Doug is a fantastic host. We asked if we could get some firewood and within ten minutes he brought some to the house for us. He even installed a baby gate at the top of the stairs so our little guy was safe. This is by far one of our favorite rentals in Wilmington. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Great place to stay! The hot tub after a long day of snowboarding was amazing. Dean responds fast to any questions you have too. Definitely recommend

Home away from home! Susan was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and communicated quickly. This home was perfect for our group of 6 and it was extremely cozy! This was our first time in Vermont and it definitely exceeded all of our expectations. If you looking for a pleasant place to stay with amazing views, look no further than this adorable Airbnb! We skied in Stowe, toured the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream factory down the road and enjoyed some live music at the ZenBarn. I would highly recommend this property! We hope to visit again soon :)

Great house, location, and host! Eric was very helpful, communited timely, and is super organized. The house is in a great private location right near Okemo, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store. The house felt bigger than the square footage states and was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids aged 9-12). We are usually disappointed in how clean rentals are upon our arrival, but this house was basically impeccable which especially isn't easy in the mountains! The upstairs is perfect for a kids room and the living space was nice and cozy, but didn't feel small. Plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this house, the hosts, and Okemo. It was our first time on this mountain and really enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and terrain while also having plenty of advanced trails as well. Overall we had an A+ weekend.

Our first time at Lynda's home in the woods. Place was exactly how described! Was very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, very private and close to skiing and town. We enjoyed to sauna every day. We got to relax and really enjoy ourselves. Lynda was very quickly to respond and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely plan to go back, we loved it!

Ian’s place was a dream. Such a beautiful spot and cozy cabin. I mean, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view. We even saw an otter out on the shore! Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. Any nature lover’s dream plus close enough to the city to go see and do. I would 100% stay here again.

Erinn was very polite and helpful. The place was clean and was exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance from bars, restaurants, and the city plaza. Overall a great experience from the quality of the apartment to communication with host, as well as a great location in the city. Would definitely stay again if I was going back!

Rita’s chalet is really clean and the view around it is amazon. The place is well stocked with games for fun and firewoods for warmth. Upon request, Rita was able to accommodate our late checkout request with a reasonable surcharge. We have enjoyed our stay at Rita’s place and would definitely come back next time when we are around

We loved our stay in Norwich. The apartment was cozy and very clean. The views into the meadow were beautiful and the trails connecting in the back were a fun hike as well. We were close to many attractions. Lily was a great communicator and was very kind to allow me to call her directly to problem solve an issue during our stay, it was much appreciated!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Tyler’s. He was very responsive. Helped us with the wood stove. It was nice to find out that there is a TV now. Our kids loved this. Had some great meals in the wonderfully supplied kitchen. Local produce, meats and eggs were all delicious.

Chad was an incredible host! He was extremely accommodating with any requests we had. The views from his place are breath-taking! We enjoyed snowshoeing from the backyard onto trails in the woods. I fell in love with his cat who visited daily! He kept the driveway plowed and salted in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend his place!

Amazing stay. Loved how close it was to the mountain. The pool also looked amazing so sad it was winter. Definitely recommend staying there were 4 beds and can comfortably fit 5-6 people.

There is not enough to say about the pristine beauty that is Loraine’s cabin. The instructions were helpful in navigating into the property and lights were turned on as it was dark to assure my comfortable arrival. The cabin feels like a nurturing home and is equipped with comforts and small touches. The bed was neatly made and felt like a picture walking in to see it. The stairs are cabin stairs and there is caution to take your time and step gently. Seemingly every question was answered with small notes around the cabin and a detailed welcome book. The care and attention to detail was perfection in a stay. I only wish I had been on a longer trip to fully enjoy the grounds and the surroundings. It was easy to feel at home and welcome with Loraine and Dean as hosts.

Great location for pico mountain. The ski on ski off was pretty easy to find and nicely located. The location is slightly less ideal for killington, as you need to take a shuttle that has multiple stops. We also ended up on a bigger bus to take us back from Killington and the drop off was on the main road, which was a bit difficult to walk on in our snow gear. Overall, nice apartment and perfect for my group of friends.

A wonderful place situated close to the mountain. The amenities were fantastic as well. The only issue was getting the right pin to access the apartment...however Scott responded within seconds so it was minimally disruptive.

We had an amazing stay, this trip far exceeded our expectations and staying in such a nice place made everything so much more enjoyable. This spot was the perfect mix of private and secluded while still also being very close to Stowe, and Johnson. We were able to complete everything on our itinerary while also being able to come back every night to a beautiful home with everything we needed. It was very nice to be able to sit down with family we havent seen in so long and enjoy an amazing home cooked meal or play some board games. Thank you Kristin for your amazing hospitality. This has made Vermont one our favorite states to visit. We will definitely be back.
