Super Host. The host provided exceptional and highly helpful service. Following an island-wide power outage on December 31, 2024, resulting from the blackout and Xavier, the host swiftly relocated equipment and installed a commercial-grade, silent generator within hours. This rapid response was truly impressive. The house was exceptionally clean and peaceful, situated in a very quiet area. We plan to return soon.

Alfredo's house was the ideal space for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. Good size rooms, clean and centrally located. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Hector was super responsive the entire process- from before even booking! We had things that we wanted to do all over the island- Ponce, Yauco, Cabo Rojo, Aguadilla, Cayey, Rio Grande & San Juan. Everything was within a reasonable drive. The biggest selling factor, other than the responsiveness, was the toys for the kids, and the large (wide) bunk beds. We came with our 1 year old, so entertaining him at the house was not a concern, and I wasn't worried about him rolling/falling off the bed. My husband and I said that these hosts definitely have kids because the toys were absolutely PERFECT- only parents would know what to/not to have. The air conditioning worked very well, and very quickly. We only ever ate breakfast there, but it seemed like they had everything you'd need (dishes/utensils) for any meal. Additionally, the outdoor patio space was so cute. We wished we would have taken the time to utilize that space. Definitely will consider staying here again for our next trip!

Great communication with Milagros and the home was just as described. The home is close to the highway and in a calm and quiet neighborhood. During our stay we participated in a running event in the morning. Milagros was kind enough to allow us to do a late check out in order for us to shower and rest after the event.

We travel to Salinas many times a Year, we have tried several properties but this one was Great. There was a power blackout on the Island and we had power and water which made our stay perfect. Sandra was the best host we have ever had always there for you, very proactive at all time’s . We will definitely come back and stay at this lovely home. She even had some treats for us!!!

Beautiful place. My family truly enjoyed the home. Felt right at he. Close to my surrounding family which allowed us time to spend together. Place is exactly as listed. Comfortable and had everything and more. I will sury be looking to book again.

I fell in LOVE with this property. You are paying for the views of the SUNRISES, and they are worth every penny! The home is simple, but the beach and views of the mountains are SO BEAUTIFUL. The beach in front of the home has rock reef so you can’t swim in the ocean right there, but the tides cause little pools full of nature (anenomes, urchins, hermit crabs, little crabs, tiny fishes) and we LOVED observing all the beautiful nature in that little ecosystem. We also saw manatee’s on the other side of the rock reef! A 15-20min beach walk to the left and there are sandybeach to ocean swim. I rec water shoes (rocks/sea urchins) There are two homes on the same property that share VERY NICE POOL, basketball court + beach access. Home was VERY CLEAN. The kitchen cabinets are aging, but the granite countertops are in great condition. No screens on the windows, so we couldn’t sleep with windows open which I would have loved. AC was plenty cold.

Yesenia‘s place was very lovely. Everything was clean and had comfortable bed. We had a small hiccup with a showerhead, but Yesenia was right on it and sent a person to replace it the very next day. Brownie points for Yesenia! Great host!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! El lugar estaba impecable—podía caminar descalzo y siempre olía fresco y limpio. Al principio, me preocupaba el GPS, pero no tuve ningún problema en encontrarlo con Google Maps o Apple Maps. Peaceful private area definitely something you can enjoy !

Marisa’s spot is exactly what we needed for One night in Guayama. Everything in the space was updated nicely and it’s a short walk to all the plaza and El Gallo Pinto. Guayama doesn’t have many options, so this is the perfect addition. The block itself looks a bit desolate, but it is totally safe, and I can imagine lots of businesses popping back up in Guayama in a few years. What a gem! And El Gallo Pinto is absolutely worth the visit.

The hosts were understanding, responsive, friendly, and highly accommodating. The place was spotless and well-kept. We slept comfortably and always felt safe. The only thing I would say is if you are renting a bigger SUV, you might have trouble getting into the garage, so keep that in mind. If you have a compact car, you should be good. If you have something bigger, street parking is available. This rental is close to the central of Guaymana, where you can walk to get delicious food and drinks, get your hair done, and shop for souvenirs. I would rent it again and would highly recommend it to others.

Clean and the host is very responsive

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. It was in the middle of town and easy to maneuver to get around to bakeries, restaurants and even pharmacies are near the property. We would definitely stay here again when back in Puerto Rico. The host is very friendly and cares about the well being of the guests. She is personable and very welcoming. We felt safe and welcomed. Definitely would recommend.

Apartment was comfortable, clean, convenient for our families, they are from Caguas but close to go to San Juan or metro area. We feel very secure with the gated community. Also the neighbors were very friendly and willing to help us. And a plus for us was the convenient of having the Panaderia La Borinqueña just a cross the street. Convenient for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to get together with families for coffee and pastries. And I have to mention that every time I had contacted Gloria for help, she was responding quickly to me and help me to resolve any question I asked her. Definitely we will stay here again and recommended to others.

We found the apartment to be very nice and accessible for the location of the activity we attended. The rooms are beautiful and I fell in love with the bathroom. It was only one night, but I already know I could pay for this place again. Very grateful!

This Villa was a home away from home. It was beautiful, well maintained, and quiet.
