Home is equipped with a generator and a emergency 250 gallon water tank. Walking distance to Polita's beach, which has jetski rentals and boat tours. Walking distance to local beach front restaurants. 2 minutes drive to mall with Econo supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy, department stores and many fast food restaurants.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It's in the Urb. Parques Gabriela behind the Cholo Espada and McDonald's. Donald, near the highway, fast food, beach restaurant, Salinas track, etc. It has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, all inside equipped, air conditioning, grill, closed awning, washer and dryer…… The house has a power generator so you won't run out of electricity. It has Wi-Fi and a security camera, just one in front of the house
