Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

The interior consists of a kitchen with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower; recently renovated with fine furnishings, it has air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. Within walking distance it was used by various shops and of course, charming beaches.
