Everything went smoothly, great place. Dino was very communicative and was able to answer everything for us.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

- A super friendly, hospitable, and responsive host - both Slavka and her family. They were very kind to us. - A clean and tidy apartment. Nothing to complain about. - In the beautiful village of Petrcane. (Have in mind that road construction activities are taking place in 2025).

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

It was a great stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. I recommend to everyone. Thank you and see you soon 😉

It was amazing experience. Room is nice and clean, bathroom is stunning. Location is also great. When I had a question, she replied so fast. Thank you again and we definetly wanna come back again.

We stayed here as a group of four with our dog, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The house is in perfect condition, clean, and cozy. We were especially happy that the hosts were so welcoming to our dog, and they even had comfortable accommodations prepared for her. The house is located in a quiet area, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. At the same time, everything we needed was close. We would like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts: they were always available, provided us with helpful tips about local attractions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Croatia.

We stayed one week in september and we had a relaxing time there, despite of one half-day of rain (when we visited the old town of Zadar). Una was a friendly host, she helped us with transport from Preko to Kukljica when we checked in (due to the fact that our flight was late for more than two hours). The apartment is located at the ground floor of a small flat with nine apartments, with a small garden around and direct access to the sea (location pin on airbnb is a bit shifted) Ugljan island is a very nice location, covered by green forests, with small communities and pleasant harbours. We walked a lot in the surroundings, to the coast, bridge to Pashman island and Zdrelac (where we met by chance our hosts, Una and Vice at a bistro) and even just to Kukljica on the hills and coast to Kali. You can also rent a car in Zadar, but we preferred a week without a car, just for swimm and walk (you can also use the local bus from Preko to Tkon). This is a location where we intend to come back.

The accommodation was fantastic. The communication with Sabine was wonderful and she was always quick to respond. We were able to get to know her, as she was also on site and found her very likeable. She renovated the old house wonderfully and lovingly. Due to the available structure, creaking floorboards are unavoidable, but did not bother us further. We felt very comfortable. Particularly beautiful was the location right on the water and you could jump right into the sea. On site the smaller restaurants were all wonderful. It was a beautiful little relaxing place not frequented by mass tourism. We will be happy to come back.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We had a great time staying here! The apartment is really nice and modern. Goran provided easy check-in instructions and we loved being about to walk to the beach! Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

Quiet and well located place, fantastic view from our apartment, well organized for every needs and internet wifi working really good - super recommended place

The place was clean and cozy, we felt very comfortable. Irena was available at all times and helped us with any questions. Earlier check-in was possible, despite the fact that she was impaired. She went out of her way to give us a good time. A little attention, for a nice start to the holiday, was waiting for us. It was all around successful and we'll be happy to come back!

We were guests with two adults, a five-year-old child and a 10-month-old baby. We felt very comfortable because Petra was an excellent hostess. She was accessible throughout and found quick and easy solutions for us. The contact was very pleasant and wonderfully unobtrusive from start to finish. From our side, a clear recommendation.

I would highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed walking the area. Had a fabulous dinner & gorgeous sunset @ Ribar Jere which was a short walk. We explored Krka national park on our way to the apartment. We road tripped to Plikvicka National Park 1 day & it was an easy drive to & from. Loved the hot tub at night after hiking & driving. Roof porch was lovey to sit & read & view the water. VERY quiet & relaxing. Very comfortable king beds & quiet sleeping space. I would stay again if I return to the area. Beautiful apartment.
