Vacation rentals with lake access in Salento

Airbnb we booked had issues due electrical issues. We were given a bigger villa for the same price.

Our experience at Danilo's place was lovely...the house is small but has all the services one needs for a beach vacation...it is close to groceries and long sea where in the evening there are many stalls and many bars to have great aperitifs. Danilo and his wife were very kind and super helpful. We'll keep you in mind for an upcoming holiday in the area.

Great place to stay with all the comforts. We were 8 adults and two children and had separate bedrooms with ac. Shared well-equipped kitchen several patios and an appreciated hot tub. Close to the nice beach with both sweet and salt water. Great pizzeria in walking distance. Simone has been an amazing host and he has been incredibly helpful. We highly recommend the location.

The place just holds up to what is advertised. It was very clean and felt homey.

We were guests of Claudio and his wife Paola in the first week of August. House that fully reflects the description and photos of the listing, super hospitable and helpful host, always ready to provide useful tips on how and when to move around the area, especially for the beaches (given the period of great tourist influx). The location is strategic, being 5 minutes from the beaches of Torre dell 'Orso and the archaeological area of the Cave of Poetry, and also from the beaches of Alimini and Baia dei Turchi, and 10 minutes from Otranto.

very nice place with charme/authenticity that I highly recommend to spend 1 week in the Pouilles country side. the place is ideally positionned in 45 min from all the nice place to visit, when having some rest in the middle of Olive trees when back ti the trullo the place is clean and offers fresh air to make the most of the kitchen, the pool or the bbq thanks a lot to Maya team for all the support before and during our stay!!

It's a beautiful place to relax! Nido del Salento impressed us with its loving decor, cleanliness and quiet location. Particularly nice was the lovingly prepared welcome basket – with plenty of treats for the first dinner and a cozy breakfast: including a carafe of delicious regional wine, homemade jam and tomato sauce. You immediately feel at home and comfortable – not like a foreign guest, but like with friends. Elma and Vincenzo are wonderful hosts – warm, attentive and at the same time very respectful. Despite all the cordiality, our privacy was respected at all times. You had the feeling of having the entire property all to yourself – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay to the fullest. A wonderful base for exploring Salento. I would stay again any time!
