Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Playita is a beach house overlooking a charming cove. From the private terrace you can access directly to the sea where you can swim as soon as you wake up or see the breathtaking views. The main body of the house consists of a living room connected to the kitchen, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms. In the back you can access a terrace overlooking the square of Torre Pali. The house is about two kilometers from the Maldives of Salento.
