Shashi is a wonderful person and an amazing host. Highly recommended! I would definitely wish to visit his place again in the future as I was amazed by his exceptional hospitality.

Manoj will do everything to make your stay great. Nothing upscale but lots of nice decorations. Very sweet feeling and I had a great time. The Bir common practice seems to be one sheet. Two would be nice.

Everything was fantastic! 5/5 for location: very close to all the cafes and Bir Landing Site, but also off the main road, so a quiet location! 5/5 decor/cleanliness: the pictures are spot on, the place looks exactly like them. Very tasteful & extremely clean. One could spend their life on the balcony happily! The bathroom was huge, bugless & well kept. Even the kitchen roll, toilet paper, body wash, cleaning spray, etc were high quality. 5/5 people: Samir was well connected to us via text, usually he's there in person but he was away & made sure there were no issues. Manoj, the caretaker & our friend during the stay, went above & beyond! He helped us find taxi bookings at cheaper than market rate, fix any issues that we had promptly, helped with luggage, would come visit/text daily to ask if we needed anything, offered to clean, turn the linens, etc! And the farmer owners are the sweetest! Filling water filter needed effort, but this is not a host issue, it's a city challenge!

What an amazing stay it was! I stayed at Anubhav’s property in Bir with my friends for 5 days, and believe me — it was the best decision we made while planning our trip. If you’re someone who loves a homely and peaceful vibe, this is the place you should definitely add to your wish list. The location is quite accessible and perfect for both relaxation and local exploration. Anubhav also helped us with some wonderful experiences around Bir, like visiting the beautiful monastery, enjoying a well-organised picnic dinner by the water stream, and exploring some really amazing local cafes. It truly felt like home away from home. Highly recommended!

Nestled amidst the pristine beauty of Andretta, this haven offered me exactly what I needed: calm, comfort, and inspiration. The views are nothing short of breathtaking. The snow-capped Dhauladhar ranges are truly magical, offering a sense of liberation that’s hard to put into words. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the warmth and hospitality of the host family. Usha ji’s parents are the cutest—kind-hearted, and ever so helpful. Their presence made me feel at home . Aunty’s home-cooked meals, prepared fresh on pre-order, were a treat! This property is a true hidden gem. For anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and a deep sense of belonging, this is the place to be. I leave with a full heart, immense gratitude, and memories. It was one of the bestest stays we ever had , perfect location , perfect view , and excellent service in such affordable prices The stay was so peaceful and the owner is so sweet If you’re visiting Bir , you can definitely stay at this place , everything was so perfect Exceeding all our expectations I went to celebrate my birthday and honestly it was one of the best stays we’ve ever been to!!

The place is really good it's very quite and calm and the rooms are very well maintained neat and clean . Food was very tasty and very nicely served. I will recommend this place to stay

Initially I had booked to stay at Siam’s house near colony road. The room was large and clean, and Bobby (her on-site manager) was very present and communicative.The neighbors were also extremely friendly and eager to welcome me into their home. There was some construction work happening in the house above, and I worked with Sian and Bobby to figure out what to do. Sian was very responsive and apologetic about the loud noise, and suggested that I move to her place in Bari. The place in Bari was truly a dream: I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful experience that filled my heart and soul. It was quiet, drop-dead gorgeous, the neighbors were lovely again, and it’s right next to a forest with a lot of birds. I’m sure I will return with friends and family. Even though Sian was not present, she was extremely pro-active and I could tell that she just really wanted me to have a good time in Bir. I really got much more than I could have hoped for from the trip, I’m so grateful to her!
