Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Located in the heart of the orchards, the BeeOnTheTree cottage is a haven of peace. 5000 m2 of enclosed land surround the 2 independent houses, one of which is our place of residence. The second was arranged so that we could receive people passing through, breakfast is included the 1st night.

Parties and receptions are not accepted. Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.

The accommodation has a large living room of 48 m2, fully equipped kitchen in open space on the living room. Bay window overlooking a terrace of about 40 m2, with a nice view of the garden. The fully private parking is secure with the motorized gate.
