Great place, great pools, the Three Sister restuarant at the bottom of the hill is the best restuarant on the island! Views are magnificent, the rooms are lovely - great value!

Lovely beachside villa with a pool. Perfect for family gatherings. Lots of space and great location. Only thing that caught us is the high total bill for electricity and water. You’re looking at roughly 900 Baht per day. We paid 8 Baht x 700 kWh = 5600 Baht.

Very nice room, very spacious, helpful staff, nice swimming pools, 7/11 across the street. Only the steep hill is sometimes a hard cookie to crack, but look at the bright side, a good work out.

I really did enjoy my stay at this place. Pierre promptly solved all the minor initial issues and tgevrest 9f my stay was smooth and very pleaant. Location is nice, but some what remote. It is trchnically possible to walk to the main road/shops/beach, but staying without Transport would be incovenient. On the flip side this place is very quiet and surrounded by the nature. You can watch monkeys from the terrace windows, they are some what nasty but still harmless. Very nice view from the terrace and overall not just house but 'villa' feel but small enough for 1-2 people to stay comfortably and reasonably priced. And also Pierre plays great music :)

Our stay was amazing. The Villa is great and the view on the beach is amazing mostly during sunset. Pu, the house manager, was amazing. She was responsive and took care of the motorbike rental for us. She also gave us great recommendations for excursions and massage place, she was very friendly and we had a great stay thanks to her! Thank you! Only pain point in the Villa was the lack of shower gel and shampoos in bathroom, and the bedsheets were too small to cover ourselves and blankets (duvets) were missing - which is uncomfortable while sleeping with A/C.

Es war unglaublich schön, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, wir wurden super lieb und nett empfangen und hatten mit unserem Vermieter einen Ansprechpartner für alles. Er hat immer super schnell geantwortet und war sehr herzlich. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen und kann die Villa und den Vermieter wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Very nice villa, comfy beds, spacious, very good pool and terrace! literally 200m from the beach! Moti who looks after the villas is amazing, booked restaurants and even sorted a birthday cake for my girlfriend. If you do visit, please requested Pu the taxi driver for any trips. We used him everyday for restaurants and did a tour of koh lanta and he took us to very good places. He is brilliant and a great driver! Himself and Moti made our trip perfect!

Absolutely perfect stay! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The location was great, and the little details made a big difference — it’s clear the host puts a lot of care into the space. We had a wonderful stay at the Krabi Beach house. The property was fantastic and lived up to expectations. The location is perfect, beautiful and secluded, but close to everything. We loved the convenience of the House tuk tuk service, always quick and efficient. The maids were great and communication with Faii brilliant. We also particularly liked the in House massage service, so much more relaxing in our own environment. I would highly recommend Krabi Beach House to anyone as the perfect holiday location.

We decided to skip the hotels this time and we are all very happy we did. This property is just beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We ended up using the kitchen more than we expected. It was a perfect place for our friends and us to hang out and relax. Ah was so helpful- ordered ice for us, we had massage ladies come for foot massages at the house. Anna is fast on replying back to any questions you might have. The rooms are just like the pictures. The garden/pool area is just so peaceful with the kittens running around. It is a little oasis. We really enjoyed our stay and most likely will be back again. We were able to get Grab car service from the villa to the beach. Makro is close by. We were picked up by shuttle for island day trip. We had a wonderful stay. Everything we need was catered for and all trips were organised at the drop of a hat sometimes but ran smoothly so no need to worry about anything. We just had the best time 😍

It is such a amazing villa- despite it is a bit rural but it doesn’t affect the stay as we could stay in the whole day and relaxing ourselves!

We had a truly wonderful stay! Mem was an exceptional host—super responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even provided us with reliable taxi and tour contacts, which made exploring the area so much easier. Everything was perfectly arranged, and her attention to detail really made a difference. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We felt completely taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a smooth and stress-free experience!

We booked out all 3 villas as a group of 7 guys and we all managed to have our own room to sleep in. The facilities were great, everything was clean, and the villa felt very private even whilst being close to the action. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the main walking street and a 5 minute bike ride at most. Our host Poo went above and beyond! She was able to provide all of us bikes on the 1st morning, getting rid of the admin of finding a place with 7 available bikes, avoiding the deposit fees, and having the bikes delivered and picked up. The bikes were provided at market price too! She also cooked breakfast every morning as well as helped book all our airport taxis and ferry to Phi Phi. Definitely the best host we had our whole Thailand trip. Definitely reccomend! 5/5!

Our stay on Koh Lanta was calm and beautiful. Villa is located in quiet place close to the most beautiful swiming pool. It was little bit harder to get there with luggage because it’s on the hill and our tuktuk transfer doesnt want to took us there :D But our stay was really nice and its close to the beach where are the one of the most beautiful sunsets I ever seen. Thank you so much :)

The house was stunning, just as described, very clean and couldn’t fault it. The pool was clean also and had a gorgeous outside area with plenty of room. I would say that the location is quite secluded but on the other hand you had everything you needed. You have restaurants round the corner which the host Giles kindly recommend us, along with other brilliant recommendations he gave us!

Séjour de rêve ! Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables. La maison est magnifique, l'emplacement proche de la plage et des nombreuses agences proposant des activités à Koh Lanta, ainsi que des restaurants où nous avons pu nous régaler. Mem et Rob étaient là pour répondre à chacune de nos demandes, toujours prêts à nous satisfaire ; les enfants ont adoré. Nous reviendrons certainement à Koh Lanta chez Mem, notre petit coin de paradis sur terre, à l'année prochaine 🙏

Une jolie et grande villa, entourée d'un jardin tropicale et à quelques minutes des commerces et des plages ! Absolument parfait pour découvrir l'île ! John est adorable, à l'écoute et bienveillant. Un grand merci 🌴

We had a great stay overall. The property is lovely, spacious, and in a great location. The pool and outdoor area in general is superb and with a few tweaks it could easily be a five star stay. We did come across a few issues during our time there, but I want to highlight how fantastic the host was throughout. He was very responsive, helpful, and genuinely keen to make things right. They went out of their way to address concerns and clearly care about their guests’ experience. With a little extra attention to detail, this will be an outstanding place to stay. Thanks again for having us.

Villa El Pillax is part of the El Pillax resort, which sits right on a stretch of a serene and beautiful beach. It has 4 compact bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms, a large living room and an outdoor-indoor dining area. The villa is at the rear of the resort and has easy access for guests. It does not offer beach/sea views. The villa is clean and well maintained. There is wifi, television and a coffee maker in the villa. The housekeeping staff are on hand and quite helpful, though English communication is difficult. We had access to the restaurant which offers tasty and reasonably priced food and drink options, as well as the small swimming pool. The restaurant overlooks the beach and makes for the perfect spot to sip on some cocktails as you watch the sunset. Ah! It's just so pretty and calming! They do have life music and fire shows almost every night. A special mention to the manager Ms Bai Thong for always smiling and helping us with all our local excursions. Love you !!

We really enjoyed our time here. Great location with amazing views. All amenities close by. House was clean and well equipped and the management team always responded promptly. We highly recommend staying here!
