Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sala Dan

had a lovely time at this location, stayed 2 nights in different rooms with very different vibes loved it!! host atikan is lovely very kind aswell as all the staff. It is a short walk from the busy centre and a nice getaway. They also have the cutest pets!

Impeccable and very pleasant accommodation with feet in the water. The rooms are great with very large beds and air conditioning at the top. Everything is clean and perfect for a great stay. In addition, the host is super welcoming and can offer you great excursions to the surrounding islands. We would highly recommend it!

Bancha is hands down one of the most amazing hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house itself is lovely – comfortable, clean, and in a great location – but it’s Bancha’s warm hospitality that really sets the experience apart. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and the breakfast he served us each morning was absolutely delicious. He’s incredibly helpful and kind, and you can even pick up some beautiful postcards from him – a lovely little touch we didn’t expect but really appreciated. All in all, a brilliant stay and one we’d happily recommend to anyone.

We stayed at Alize’s place for a week. Right in downtown , yet peaceful like a village. House is done well, has all basic amenities and a surprisingly full mini bar. The host is super duper responsive. When I told her that my Wi-Fi is bad, she moved router from one house to the other in minutes. TV in both living room and bedroom was a pleasant surprise. Overall really happy!

This was my third stay at the homestay, and as always, it was wonderful. This time, the host went above and beyond by surprising me with a trip to Koh Lanta and a warm family dinner. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. Well done! I highly recommend this five-star homestay.

This was not just a stay~it was a truly heartwarming experience. Without a doubt, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Our four days in Krabi were filled with joy, peace, and beautiful memories, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible host. Every little detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness and warmth. Each trip we made was perfectly arranged, and we felt supported every step of the way. i would recommend staying at simple house for anyone wanting to visit krabi. it’s very clean, spacious, has a great view of the mountains right outside, is in a nice & quiet location, and is only a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants/cafés. On top of this, the staff are all lovely and are happy to give you recommendations on where to eat or what to do during your stay. there are also a few cats that wander around the complex which are very cute! i had a very pleasant stay at simple house and would choose to stay there again next time i’m in krabi :)

Phooms place was really nice , just like him . He was very responsive and knowledgeable, I had a bad back and he even offered me an extra mattress topper. The place was convenient and very close to the shops and restaurants and waterfront all walking distance, I would stay here again .

One of the best places in terms of value, sparkling clean floors and sheets. Had few issues, but host was quick to resolve it even offered to change the room, but we stayed in the same room since issue was resolved. Host is super friendly and smiley, we felt ourself more like a home than at a hotel. House itself has not that many rooms so it is quite private. We stayed at the opposite side of the main road, so it was quite at the night time. Location is decent, but you will need a transport bike or taxi, bike is offered at the hotel as well, so there should be no issues! Thank you for hosting us!

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay with the Baanchas. They were extremely accommodating and even got us killer deals on great tours in the area! It was really neat to get a local experience with them and have home cooked food! We did the painting class and it was so much fun. We would definitely stay there again!!

Sada is a great host, I spent 10 days there with my 5 years old daughter. Sada and the housekeeping lady were extremely nice and friendly with us. You can walk 5 min to the beach and the 7-eleven and many restaurants are walking distance. She rents bikes and organize all trips you need. Great and friendly environment, definitely recommended.

Even though the house is part of a larger resort, it offers a lot of privacy. The view is breathtaking and the resort restaurant offers very nice meals for a decent price. You can also pay small fees for extra services like bot taxi to town or laundry. Overall a great stay!
