While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. Extremely nice accommodation. The pool is always hot. The house is clean, there is no kitchen, we almost felt at home. I didn't see a flaw in the house Rest assured in terms of business and owner.

Hikmet was always there when needed, he sent us all tourists places with routes and restaurants. The man responded anytime we sent him. and at checkout my kids forgot some cash and he sent us the money via bank transfer. if I or one of my relatives or friends ever visited Spanca we would definitely stay at his place.

It's a business with a nice location, but if you don't have a car, you'll be stuck on the hill and you may have a hard time. The business was very attentive and helpful. It was raining when we went and the barbecue in the open area was unusable, but the Business allowed us to use the barbecue at its own reception. The house was clean and tidy, we had no problems in this regard. But the water in the apartment we stayed in was unpressurized and yellow, I don't know if it was a problem specific to that day or if it was always like that, but it was still nice. It is a nice place to go with friends or family. Finally, do your grocery shopping before you go, or the grocery store or market is a little far away.

We are very satisfied with this facility where we came and stayed in as an alternative to the bungalow houses. The structure we could call the main structure(where the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen are located) were not large but adequate. There was 1 air conditioner and 1 fireplace in the structure that looked like a tent to adjust the temperature. We slept warmly with only the air conditioning on the cool 2 nights. We loved this structure, which is very aesthetic both from the inside and outside. The outdoor seating area and heated pool are also covered using a transparent Mika-like material with an igloo concept. In this way, they turned the seating area into a winter garden where you can sit on cold evenings without covering the view, and a great area where you can use the heated pool independent of the season and rainfall and swim in warm water. For example, the rain storm was not missing on the dates we stayed, but we were able to take advantage of all the facilities. Definitely a place I would recommend.

We had a great 4 days. Everything was very nice. Everything has been considered in the house. Ideal for large families and friend groups. We had a very enjoyable time. The view is amazing.
