The house is great and Gustavo was always very attentive and kind. The rooms are good, the location facing the small dam allows you to fish and observe various animals such as tejús, iguanas and ducks. The pool area is great with good barbecue and table! I recommend it too much! My family loved it.

A wonderful week! The place of great quiet! Although the house does not have a swimming pool the condominium lives the structure! All wonderful, for children, a wonderful little farm, for the elderly a lovely little chapelaaaa and with Mass on Sundays! Mr. Bolivar was extremely helpful, we had a little problem with the water but this is just a care for long stays, he has helped us in everything! It is certainly a destination that you leave with great desire to return! Everything that is in the images is illustrative only, personally... it is MORE BEAUTIFUL MUUITO!! The structure of the house is wonderful! Thank you Mr. Bolivar!

The condominium is wonderful, safe, quiet and well maintained. The house is spacious, airy and was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss any utensils. The hostess is kind, communication was excellent, she quickly answered our questions. We were in a group of 7 people and everyone loved the stay. We can't wait to come back and bring the rest of the family to see this place of peace and tranquility.

The house is cozy and very functional. The condominium's leisure area is amazing and has recreation all day, every day, for children and adults. An excellent choice for families. We love our stay !

We felt at home! A super comfortable space, the house is a delight, it has everything we need. The pool heater works perfectly! And without the help of Cléo, who is a lovely person, super attentive. We will definitely come back more often. 2 en-suites on the ground floor, super accessible, and our pet was very well received! With the right to a bed. The beds are large and comfortable. It accommodates 8 people very well, as the listing says, I suppose up to 10, because in the single beds there is a double bed and auxiliary mattresses. The host responds to us super fast, it was a pleasure to be at your property

My experience was excellent! The flat is brand new, super well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos and listing description. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Communication with the host was great from the start – always quick, clear and very attentive. She was extremely kind and helpful at all times. Upon our arrival, there was a welcome message with chocolates. I found it very sweet and thoughtful of her. The farm hotel where the flat is located is a great option, especially for those traveling with children. The farm and the scheduled activities are a separate benefit, perfect for entertaining the little ones (and adults too!). I highly recommend and would definitely return!

The flat just like the photos, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and sofa, beautiful view of the lake. The condominium does not comment, but I will make kkkk very organized and with rules, well wooded, many fruit trees, the walk inside it every moment a discovery, many beautiful little corners for photos, and the late afternoon under the tree in front of the lake was a very tasty moment. I loved staying with João and fell in love at Winterville 🥰

Charming the house! The condo is very safe and offers privacy. The silence and nature (lake, fruit trees, birds) allowed us to slow down and recharge. Everything as advertised. The house is great, great for a rest with the family. The house has everything we need utensils, and good accommodations, with excellent spaces for children to run and play. The host is very considerate. The access to the house, about 5km before arriving is still bad, the street is quite bumpy. But it's really worth it.
