Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment renovated in 2024, bright, quiet, on the 3rd floor, with parking spaces in a closed and secure residence Great for sightseeing: Forcalquier and its market Gréoux and its thermal baths Valensole and its lavender fields Ste Croix, its lake, the Verdon Gorges 60 km from Aix (TGV) and 1h Marseille airport but also close to Cadarache, L'Occitane No arrivals on Sunday, except for stays of 5 days or more. Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.
