Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the footsteps of the tenants from above can be disturbing.
