Newly renovated old barn as a dwelling house. Located in the heart of the Bauges, in the regional natural park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d 'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, kitchen open to living room. The grounds are not fenced.

We provide accommodation located on the ground floor of our house in the hamlet "Gratteloup" in the municipality of Ecole. The place is quiet, in the middle of the Massif des Bauges (Savoy), a Unesco world heritage site.
