The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Numerous activities are also possible in the surrounding area: walks on the towpath, bungee jumping at the Souleuvre Viaduct, Festyland Park in Caen and canoeing less than 1 km from the vacation rental.

Dating from the 18th century, this house was known to the whole village and even today many inhabitants remember having spent time there. The renovation focused on the enhancement of natural materials (wood, stone) by adding a modern side. Notre moulin est un havre de paix avec de jolie volume et atypique, nous venons de le restaurée avec gouts, il est prévu pour 12 couchages, salle de jeux, spa haute gamme chauffée toute l'année, terrain de pétanque sur l'île. La vire passe au bord du terrain ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme et d'endroit paisible ou passer de jolies moments en famille, entre amis..

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
