Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sainte-Marie

The accommodation offered matched the description in every respect (and was even better). A little inland while being a 10-minute drive to several beaches and villages on the coast, at the foot of the Pelee Mountain and close to many hikes and places to visit in the North of the island. The house offers all the comforts for 2–5 people. The air conditioning in the master bedroom is appreciable and the equipment is ++: washing machine, stove with oven, fridge-freezer… Sylvie and Serge have thought of everything: provision of a cooler to keep your food and drinks cool during your walks, etc. The welcome is impeccable: flexible, friendly without being intrusive. Having been deprived of a car for a day, Serge did not hesitate to devote his time to taking us where we wanted: a perfect guide, very friendly! If you are looking for calm, authenticity and excellent hospitality, you won't be disappointed!

I would recommend Jean-Louis's place. Very pleasant and peaceful setting. Functional accommodation. Basic food products in the fridge and cupboard. I think it's a nice touch, especially when you arrive late. A big thank you.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We spent a few nights facing the Pelée Mountain in the Boutik and it was a great stay in every way. Sandrine's hosting made us feel very comfortable in this beautiful accommodation, located in a superb farm. She gave us some great tips and cooked us a delicious meal. Comfort is excellent with all the necessities available. The decor is lovely and gives a very pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend this accommodation to discover northern Martinique with authenticity.

We couldn't have asked for more for our first visit to Martinique. Great hosts, always ready to answer our questions. The apartment was super clean and very conveniently located; perfect for exploring the north of Martinique, but also for relaxing with a great view of the Pelé mountain. 😎 A real immersion in Martinican culture. Super séjour!! Wonderful hospitality and extremely nice owners. They prepared a nice meal for my husband's 40th birthday. The kids had a great time and enjoyed the pool with its extraordinary view! Very exotic accommodation! Very good property! Very clean accommodation, everything is available, bedding is very good, the garden is very flowery with goats and small fireflies!

Nice apartment, very clean, matches the description and has all the necessary amenities. Perfect outdoor layout to relax at the end of the day. Ideal location to explore the east coast of the island. The host was welcoming, discreet and kind. He was able to advise us on things to do nearby.

I would even suggest to those around me to come, what more can I say!? Mirella was super, and even though I wasn't clear about the schedule she still handled the situation, despite having other guests coming. Sorry again... She deserves the name of Superhost... I felt at home during the stay. Thank you 1000 times.

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Very nice apartment matches the photos with sea view. Everything was very clean and the outdoor kitchen is well-equipped. Within walking distance to restaurants and bakery. The only small downside is that the wifi is not very powerful (freezes and resumes). Not bad for the holidays, but maybe not for remote working. We really enjoyed our stay.

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . The view is amazing with sunsets every evening. It was the highlight of our trip, thank you for everything. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

Very nice apartment, with spacious and very well furnished bathroom. A room and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea . Very easy communication with Virginia who is very responsive to our requests . In short, we highly recommend it!!!!

Kelly's welcome was very beneficial for our onboarding, access to the beach of Schoelcher by bus was very easy. The sunset and sunrise are beautiful, cleanliness of the exceptional places. Very well equipped kitchen. Very nice week.

Lina is a charming host. She is friendly and helpful. The apartment is very quiet and has everything you need. A parking space is located on the premises. Unfortunately, the pool was broken, so we couldn't use it during the entire stay. However, there is a beautiful terrace at the apartment that invites you to linger. All around a wonderful stay.
