Everything was perfect: the house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool and spa is a real haven of peace, with breathtaking views of the Corsican mountains – a simply magical setting to relax at any time of the day. The location is ideal: quiet, while being close to Porto-Vecchio and the most beautiful beaches in the region. The welcome was warm, the communication fluid and responsive from start to finish. A big thank you to our host for his hospitality and attention. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a pleasant stay. Sébastien is very friendly, available and responsive, with good tips for enjoying the surroundings. Only minor drawbacks: a shutter in one of the bedrooms did not work, the jacuzzi did not make bubbles, and the house is not fenced — which may be a point to note for families with children or pets. But other than that, no complaints, we enjoyed it a lot!

Perfect accommodation for a quiet family stay. With a little one of 20 months, we didn't miss anything, everything was perfect. Very relaxing place with everything you need to have a pleasant time (heated pool and jacuzzi in particular). Serena was very responsive and friendly. We'd love to come back!

This is a fantastic little villa with the most amazing view. One of the best I’ve seen in Corsica. Marina was a brilliant host and communicated quickly and clearly. She made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, equipped with every comfort and very clean. Large terrace for relaxation with sofas and armchairs, table x alfresco dining. Air conditioning. Large and bright room. Good location x reach southern beaches, close to all amenities. The road in front is very busy, but the apartment faces the back and therefore you can't hear noises.

We occupied the accommodation for several days with my baby and my spouse and everything was perfect. The accommodation is even better than in the photos. Everything being clean. We wanted calm, we got it. The place is beautiful and close to beaches and many other sites. The bakery and butcher shop are a 5-minute walk away, which is a real plus. In short, I recommend this listing. In addition, Perine and Guillaume were very welcoming and responsive hosts.

Ideal place for a family moment "far from everything" but close to everything. The place is beautiful and perfectly maintained with beautiful vines and beautiful mountain views. It is also geographically perfectly located halfway with the beaches of porto-Vecchio to the east and Bonifacio and the beaches of the "cape" south . Finally, an important point for us, the house is perfectly equipped to cook both inside and out including to receive friends (equipment to make large fish/meats in the oven or in the bbq:)... we are already looking forward to coming back

Positive points: - total change of scenery - good hosting - villa in the middle of the countryside - each bedroom has its own bathroom -Heatedpool - responsiveness to requests - towels and linens available. Cons: - access road to the sheepfold is very degraded - Bed linen for children absent despite knowing the number of people (7) when booking - some bulbs out of order - ⁠TVs in the rooms did not work - ⁠XPTV is not working very well. - lack of a lot of cutlery and pans especially for 7 people - No breakfast (photos on the website). - The bedroom doors do not close from the outside and the keys to the shutters do not allow you to secure your luggage. - Lack of shower curtains at the bathtub in the bedrooms - The bidet is not connected so no water (bedroom near dining room) - 2 slats broken bunk bed and the bed squeaks a lot - no duplicate keys when there are many of us

Accommodation as described. Everything went very well! Nice stay

Corsica and stay are recommended; super nice views, on the island you can walk fantastically and an hour later you are on the beach. We have been there for two weeks and not a moment bored. Isabella is very friendly and helpful. You do need to speak French. The house is very nicely furnished, was sparkling clean and is well equipped; various pans, cutlery, oven, microwave, etc. Beds are firm but good. A few points of attention: - space outside and inside is slightly smaller than expected. For us, the two of us, this was no problem at all. - the air change makes noise, we are not used to it. - you have to drive 10 minutes for shops (Spar is fine). Too stylish and far to walk - the driveway to the house is very steep and you have to make a sharp turn. This is easy to do for experienced riders. Another tip, Plage de Santa Giulia, a 15-minute drive, is really nice. In short, we are very positive and can highly recommend it.

A small oasis in the countryside. A little remote, but you can reach shopping within 15 minutes by car and Porto Vecchio in 20 minutes. The pool is small but nice. The garden offers a beautiful view and plenty of space to relax or even play table tennis. The cottage itself has air conditioning in the living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need and more! Bathroom was great and also the beds very comfortable. In the storage room you will find a parasol or charcoal for the grill outside. Claude and Delphine are extremely friendly and totally uncomplicated. We felt at home. All in all a very successful Airbnb which I can highly recommend :)

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a real haven of peace. The house is tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean upon arrival, and communication was smooth, warm and very caring. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her whole heart into creating an unforgettable experience for her guests. I recommend this place without a second thought and I sincerely hope to return soon. Simply SUBLIME. Laurie is available, extremely discreet and very attentive! As soon as we arrived, we felt a kind and particularly sincere welcome. Real happiness! The sheepfold is full of quality amenities, enough to spend a relaxing, peaceful holiday in a very intimate setting.

My stay at Gisèle's was absolutely perfect! The welcome was warm, the communication smooth and the apartment exactly as described—even better! This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Let me tell you, this is a rare find. It is better than the photos show, although the photos are striking! Not only the views are immaculate, but there is this perfect serenity, only the birds singing and insects chirping. And all the scents of the hundreds of plants. The place is super clean and private, you can be naked there and no one will see you. The kitchen and the house has everything you might need. The kitchen is equipped very well. I especially loved Illy coffee machine (Conrad provided the capsules for our convenience). The shared pool we always used alone and actually never saw any other guests at all. The wonderful Polumbaggia beach is very close, but it is safer to drive there. Conrad was always very responsive and gave us lots of information. We were staying with kids and found eating out quite expensive everywhere. But Conrad recommended L'Ondella, which we really loved and the prices were good. In any case we will surely return, this is a perfect holiday spot.

Excellent location. Quiet. A great view of the Aiguilles de Bavella. Night spaces well isolated from common areas for privacy when traveling with others. Fabienne is a very pleasant host. Recommended.
