The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. We invite you to enjoy the calm in the countryside 10 minutes from the highway exit, 20 minutes from the center of Le Mans and 25 minutes from the 24-hour circuit, 10 minutes from the European Horse Center, 20 minutes from Papéa Park. We'll be happy to host you in our outbuilding. "Our little house" is composed of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and living room in a wooded environment.
