Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Located on the outskirts of Brittany, 30 minutes from the sea (St Nazaire/La Baule), 20 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, 1 hour from Broceliande Forest. Numerous opportunities for walks on site. Cottage located on a large wooded lot not far from the terrace of our house. View of the ruins of our old mill. At the back is a large 4 ha plot where some biker friends enjoy coming to lay their canvases in the summer. You can enjoy all the space available.

Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

The studio, comprising a bedroom (beds made), bathroom (shower and sink, towels provided), kitchenette (electric stove and microwave oven) and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th and 18th century) in a quiet, floral and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path.
