Michel is very friendly, he was able to listen to our needs. We rented this place for our mother's 60th birthday and everything was perfect. Clean, well-equipped, the accommodation is well thought out. We had a great stay, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful villa, good value for money. The terrace is very comfortable and friendly. The beach and services are a 15-minute walk away. We were 5 adults and it was very comfortable. Beautiful place, I would recommend it.

The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view is amazing . It is super well decorated, very spacious and super clean. He even had a gardener and a person who took care of the pool when we were on the premises. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Our arrival went great, they offered us the villa as soon as it was ready which we greatly appreciated. If we return to Guadeloupe we will certainly rent this villa again.

Very proactive host and very welcoming neighbor. Super nice villa with common areas, privacy and all the necessary equipment, even for our baby, we didn't miss anything. Possibility to walk to beautiful Bois-Jolan beach, but safer to go by car.

Hello we were 8 people, 4 couples and we really enjoyed the villa... Sylvie had advised us of the reduced water flow in a shower so we managed... very much appreciated the hospitality as well as the fruit basket... very good for families with children...

our stay at Stéphane's went very well. very good communication, very friendly. The house is great, the park is a treasure for the eyes. The pool is treated with salt so for people who don't like the smell of chlorine, it's perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet. thank you to Stéphane and his wife for their kindness and responsiveness in our exchanges .

The views are absolutely beautiful, you can't have too much of it! Clean, functional accommodation and perfectly in line with the photos. Go without hesitation:)

We had a pleasant stay at karine's home. The place is modern and we also enjoyed the outside with the pool.

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

We were superbly welcomed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, consistent with the photos presented, geographically well located for visiting all of Guadeloupe. For us it's a favorite for the whole: the welcome , the presence and responsiveness of Fred when we have questions, the superb house with large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and superb indoor and outdoor lounges. The pool is also great. In one word: we advise you to book because you will be at your best!

Amazing villa, gorgeous location and surroundings, and lovely and extremely helpful host. The villa is huge, tastefully decorated with tons of space. Great view of the ocean and the surrounding areas. Awesome sunsets visible from patio, the bedrooms and the pool. Robert was the most helpful and responsive host we have ever had. Very responsive, gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants etc. extremely welcoming. We were very very sad to leave and we will definitely come back.

Loved our stay at this villa. We were a group of 8 adults, and the fact that each room has its own private bathroom allowed us to enjoy moments of privacy while sharing a common experience. The villa is impeccably furnished and fully equipped, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. And what about the view from the patio with the pool? Absolutely beautiful, a haven of peace. If we were to mention a point for improvement, it would be the communication regarding the check-out. It seemed to us that we had to leave the premises before the cleaning team arrived, but in reality, we had to be there when they arrived. This confusion has caused some complications. Luckily, the situation was resolved. In the end, we highly recommend this villa. Its ideal location, close to many beaches and restaurants, makes it a perfect choice.

We had a great time with family and friends at Karine and Joël's place. A beautiful house perfectly equipped and ideally located between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, with very beautiful beaches within walking distance for both surfers and bathers looking for a calm and idyllic place. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to meet our hosts, but interposed messaging was always very friendly and responsive. On site, Philippe took very good care of us and the pool. We highly recommend and 'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful accommodation, the stay was even better than expected! Difficult to choose the main asset of this house between the large terrace in the shade, the pool at 30°, the superb small private garden, and the calm of the surroundings. St Francois is 5 minutes away with all shops and restaurants. Our 3 and 5 year old children loved it! And what a pleasure to find something to eat in the fridge upon arrival! A big thank you to Laurence, Max and Louise for their advice and availability. If we ever go back to Guadeloupe, it will most likely be to this place! A real Caribbean treasure!

We spent a week with family (6 adults / 2 children) at Villa Noyana. We were welcomed by Sandrine the concierge of the house. No one has great tips and services. Pleasant cottage for a stay in Guadeloupe, well-equipped with pool. Very comfortable with stunning views!

Extremely pleasant and relaxing stay in an idyllic setting. All the rooms of the house overlook a large terrace with several relaxation areas: meals for breakfast in the middle of vegetation, small living room conducive to aperitif and swimming pool. The lush garden is beautiful and very well maintained. We picked and enjoyed the delicious mangoes from the garden. Close to the surf beach on foot and the beautiful Bois Jolan beach a few km away. We loved it and recommend this place. Thank you to the whole family for the welcome and the kind attention.

We had a great family holiday in this house. It is very well thought out and configured, with a sleeping area and a bathroom for each couple. The large outdoor terrace is ideal for getting together and sharing alfresco dining. Love the pool, as beautiful as it is pleasant. Finally, the local shops are good, which greatly facilitated our stay. We recommend this house without hesitating!

Excellent villa in an idyllic and traditional setting. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities in a secluded environment. The swimming pool and the many relaxation areas are ideal for spending pleasant moments in a group. Throughout the stay, Alexis and Arthur were extremely responsive to our needs and requests. The neighborhood, on the heights of Saint Francis, is certainly residential but close to the marina. Small bonus: a cat we named Pomme-Canelle (pomnkanel) also stays in the vicinity of this villa and brightened our returns from walks. Take great care of it! In short, we would recommend this accommodation without a moment's hesitation!
