House vacation rentals in Sainte-Anne

We had a great stay and enjoyed the views as well as the beach being so close. The only criticism would be the layout. The layout works better for larger groups, but not as well for smaller groups - there are a lot of rooms and some of them are only accessible from the outside or via another room.

What a beautiful villa with a beautiful pool! The photos are great and show the house well. Access to the sea is a little less convenient than you might like, but Raisins Clairs beach is very close by car. We just thought of a few small details to make the stay even more perfect, such as providing a little more toilet paper and some household products (garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap). Apart from that, the house was spotless and we had a wonderful two weeks! Thank you very much Mario!

What can I say? Everything was perfect: the house is new and extremely well thought out. With a large common area, three beautiful bedrooms each with a bathroom and a separate quite comfortable shed with an outdoor shower. The pool is perfect for kids who can learn to swim. Our 15-month-old and 3-year-and-6-month-old grandchildren had a great time. The garden is beautiful. The only downside is the access road which is not really paved. The two beaches nearby are very good, especially Loquet. There is a fascinating art center nearby and an excellent Creole restaurant, St François Saint Anne and the Moule are worth visiting. In short, an excellent stay.

The house was better than in the listing. The amenities, especially those in the kitchen, are complete and of high quality. The owner is very nice, we had a great time.

A real little piece of heaven! The house is super well arranged, it feels like home right away. The garden is beautiful, perfect for enjoying the calm, and the pool was a real treat after our days of excursions. The location is great, very close to the beach, and the host is really lovely and attentive. We're leaving with very nice memories… Thank you for everything!

We had a great time at Nathalie and Nicolas's house. Ideally located, the house is very pleasant to live in with its large covered terrace. Our hosts were adorable, very considerate and attentive to our well-being. Our communication was very fluid via messaging. Thank you for the little touches provided upon our arrival and a special thank you to Philippe who took care of us on site.

We had a wonderful stay in this new villa, ideally located in a quiet and green location, close to the city center. The villa matches the photos: very beautiful, functional, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. We fully enjoyed the tropical climate and lush landscapes of Guadeloupe. The nearby beaches of Bourg and Caravelle are simply splendid: white sand, turquoise water and coconut palms, perfect for swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing in front of a postcard setting. The setting is peaceful, with very few mosquitoes and a relaxing view of the greenery. A big thank you to Eva and the entire concierge team for their availability, kindness and flexibility regarding our departure, which greatly facilitated our stay. We will keep a great memory of this villa and will come back without hesitation!

Peaceful house located on a hilltop with 360° views of nature. House with spacious interior and pleasant exterior with air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. The slope to access the accommodation by car is steep but it is common in Guadeloupe. Some planes in the evening but it's not really disturbing. Rosette welcomed us at 9 p.m. with hot accras and homemade fruit juice. Elain brought us the fruits of her garden several times during the stay (mangoes, apricots, passion fruit, coconut, etc.). House located in the center of the island so at most about 1 hour from all sites (car essential). Bakery 5 min drive (or 20 min walk). Thanks to Malika and Mael (Children of Rosette and Elain) for their directions. I'd recommend it without a second thought. If we have to come back, it will be to this house.

Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

We had a wonderful stay at Sinta's, the house is grandiose and very well equipped including for children, our daughters loved it! Saint Anne is a good base to explore Grande Terre.

We had an absolutely pleasant stay at this beautiful villa in Saint-Anne. The villa is spacious and quiet. The private pool and terrace were really a plus. Chantal was very welcoming. We highly recommend this villa for a stay in Guadeloupe and will be happy to come back.

Had a nice stay at Suzie's who was very responsive. The T2 apartment is very clean and matches the photos, you benefit from a private terrace with a small kitchen, access to the common fruit garden which is home to many birds and mongooses that roam around (I love it). The area is quiet in the countryside but close to the national road so you can reach Pointe-à-Pitre, Petit-Bourg, Deshaies in about 25 minutes during the day. Suitable for both tourism and work, I would recommend it.

An impeccable and beautiful villa! The pool made our kids happy. We could walk to the beach from the nautical base, small markets, Super U, pharmacy, bakery, and even the Raisins Clairs beach (a little further). The villa was extremely well-equipped. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had and we were greeted by Patrick who gave us some great tips about the villa. Thank you so much! We hope to be back!

Christiane was always available and proactive in communicating. Lucie, the owner of the house, spoiled me with local specialties such as Accras, Poulet Colombo, Creole Boudins or Planteur. The apartment is close to the beautiful Plage de la Caravelle. It is a little further into the center of Sainte-Anne, but is within walking distance. All in all, I spent five very nice weeks in Sainte-Anne. I would not recommend the apartment to people who rely on a very stable internet connection (e.g. for remote work), as there are some outages. However, this has to do with the provider.

Villa Soley is a beautiful house in the Hauts de Saint François, with a superb garden and a beautiful pool. It is very well located and allows you to be in the city center in less than 5 minutes. Veronique and Bernard are charming, very welcoming and very attentive. Highly recommended!! If you are looking for a restaurant in an exceptional setting, we recommend the Green Garden which is 500m higher!

Very welcoming and available family. They took great care of us throughout the stay. They made us taste fresh coconut, papaya, sugar cane, cinnamon apple... Not to mention Tenessee, an adorable dog. We'll be happy to come back.

Great accommodation that makes it easy to visit all of Guadeloupe. The welcome was impeccable by Guillaume's mother. Guillaume remains very responsive by message to offer us places to visit and as far as the accommodation is concerned. The house is perfectly in line with the photos and very clean.
