It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

Furnished Tourism Rating *** Located in the Concarnoise countryside, 4 Degrees West is a cottage for 1 or 2 people, in eco-building, quiet, in a hamlet, 6 km from the city center of Concarneau, 7 km from the village of Forêt-Fouesnant (Breton Riviera), 3.5 km from the famous GR34, 2 km from the green way Concarneau-Roscoff and 3 km from the RN165. Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

8 minutes from the sea, spacious bedroom, walk-in shower with toilet and fully private kitchenette. Studio adjoining the main residence of the hosts with a separate entrance, you will enjoy two terraces (meal with shade sail/relaxation with parasol) and part of the enclosed garden. Located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of a quiet and wooded residential area, you will have a free parking space for your vehicle in front of the house (single-level and PRM access).

Plus près de la mer ? impossible ! Par beau temps ou sous la tempête, peu de gîtes en Bretagne offre une telle proximité avec la mer et le large. Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small building with four apartments WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony with bay view, and a large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed. Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sleeps 2 people maximum. In the heart of the village, you can do everything on foot. Parking in a small private courtyard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite addresses and places.

Come and stay in Concarneau in a small, new, fully equipped, single-storey house. Its plus: a south-facing terrace, garden and parking. You will be 10 minutes from the city center and beaches. All these trips are also possible by bike because of the proximity of a greenway (2 km). The accommodation is an independent extension of our main house. We will warmly and simply welcome you in a green and quiet environment.

In the heart of Quimper's historic center, Rue Kéréon and its colorful half-timbered houses. Studio on the second floor, at the foot of the cathedral, exceptional location. Building with red/pink windows in the outdoor photos. Wi-Fi and smart TV, fiber box. Linen provided, towels, sheets and duvet cover, the bed is made before your arrival.
