Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The listed price is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a surcharge will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

Located not far from the Château de Châteaubriant, it allows you to easily enjoy the walk along La Chère, ideal for moments of relaxation and leisure. Its proximity to the city center and its shops makes it a practical and friendly place to live. You can also enjoy the local market which is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

Bed for 1 person and possibility of a double bed in a room adjacent to the studio. The studio overlooks a parking lot and enclosed garden with a small outdoor terrace. Ideally located for cyclists as it is close to the Régalante.
