A 400 year-old, beautifully restored stonemason's house in an idyllic Etruscan village, 7 miles from Susa & 1.5 miles from the train station, shops, bars and restaurants of Bussoleno. Surrounded by mountains, with views of Rocciamelone (3,585m), the house is intimate, private and quiet - sat by the medieval fountain and 17th century church (the bells of which no longer ring!). The village is 25 mins from skiing in Bardonecchia and 35 mins from Sestriere. Turin is 40 mins by train and car.

Special 300 year old Baita in small hamlet of Pragelato. With beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for families. The backyard is on the hillside with grazing cattle and sheep, and plenty of hiking opportunities. There is a terrace and huge deck with stunning mountain views. A full kitchen, large family room and dinning area. A perfect escape from the summer heat, or for a ski get away. A 4 minute drive to the tram for the top of Sestriere, or shuttle services for Skiing available!

The apartment is in a residential area surrounded by greenery with free parking. From the veranda you can enjoy a pleasant mountain view and you can access the garden for exclusive use with equipped gazebo. Pets are allowed. Useful information for visiting Val Pellice and its surroundings will be available at the entrance. Within a 5-minute walk you can find: a bakery, 2 grocery stores, a haberdashery, a bar-tobacco-newsstand, a pizzeria and the "Cotta Morandini" ice rink.

Lots of activities possible: hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, canyoning, via ferrata, skiing, wellness etc. Luxury chalet. Panoramic view of the Guil Gorge and the Fort of Mont Dauphin (UNESCO classified). Ski resorts: Risoul 1850 25 min, Vars 30 min. South-facing, sunny terrace. Beautiful hike at the foot of the house.

Breathtaking view of Monviso and our Alpacas and Cashmere Goats grazing a few meters from the yurts. We bring you breakfast in a large basket.
