The villa enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the village of Château d'Oléron, but is extremely quiet because it is surrounded by the Citadel site and a small park.

The Bird House

At the entrance to Saint-Trojan, this house on its enclosed 1300 m² plot frequented by birds overlooks the oyster beds and the state forest. It is ideally located: bike path 50 meters in the forest towards the center of Saint-Trojan and Grand Village, shops, the port and beaches famous for surfing are within walking distance (20 min) or by bike (10 min). It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed.
