The loft was completely renovated in 2016. Quiet, it is located in a wooded park 8 km from Rennes airport, St Jacques de la Lande exhibition center and Ker Lann. It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. This studio offers a peaceful and private refuge, close to the Chèze Dam, Paimpont and Brocéliande Forest and 20 minutes from the exhibition park. It is located next to the Domaine des Longrais in Saint Thurial (2-min drive), also close to the Domaine de Jaunel in Baulon (6-min drive).
