Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Siméon

We had a wonderful three nights at Christian's place. The apartment was pristine, extremely clean, cozy and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and linen was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and most of all, it had an amazing coffee which our group enjoyed time and again. Christian was a great host, extremely proactive with detailed instructions of checkin, things to do and amenities inside the apartment. He checked-in daily to see if we were comfortable, and provided detailed instructions for checkout. All in all we had a great stay.

We had a great stay where the hosts were friendly and very proactive. The location was peaceful and a close drive to lots of attractions. We loved going to the local ice cream shop and boulangerie! The parking on the side of the other road wasn’t a problem either, very easy and there was always space. We had everything we needed in the unit; the kitchen was very clean with tons of supplies and dishware. The beds were very comfortable too! The only issue we had was with the washing machine which had quite a bit of black scum in the inner rubber rim. But overall, we loved our stay and would book again next time!

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

We enjoyed our stay! We especially loved the balcony and view. Very peaceful and loved watching the river tides and view of bridge to the island. You get the sun for most of the day! Very guiet unit and comfortable.

Kerebel's house is beautiful, large, cozy with a superb river view. This is a quiet spot. The land is large. The fireplace brings a soft and relaxing warmth. Kerebel provided ample wood. He responds relatively quickly to our requests. We had a lovely stay. We recommend this place.

Very nice little house, super equipped and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Between Lac Saint-Jean and the fjord, ideal for visiting the area. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you. + beautiful outdoor terrace + Netflix

Bright, sunny and very tidy house close to the river. We had everything we need, kitchen is fully equipped, it was important for us to cook at home. We had a lot of fun with jacuzzi in backyard and enjoying fireplace during chilly evenings. 3 min ride are big grocery, pharmacy, bank and coffee shop. Neighborhood is amazing: green and quiet. We did barbecue in sunny terrace. Hosts are great. Replied immediately to all our requests. And it was sooo sweet from them to provided us with little welcome gifts. For sure will come back next year. Highly recommend.

Superb home in the penthouse with views over Quebec! The parking was a little difficult to find at first, as there is still a construction site at the moment, otherwise the included parking space is an absolute plus. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It has everything you need. Communication also worked flawlessly and was very friendly. I highly recommend it:)

Great condo, big kitchen with coffee machine, nice bathroom with a LOT of towels! The bad was soft and comfortable for 2 ppl. The parking (Parkeo) behind the building is okay, no need to overpay for another far away. Metro (supermarket) is 5 mins walk. -1 star for the area, because there’re homeless ppl just after the left turn, yet you can avoid them by choosing the right path to Old City (passing Metro supermarket).

We had an awesome stay here. The host has been very welcoming and all the instructions are very clear and easy to be follow. The apartment has great amenities and very well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

My third time there. We visit the Basilica which a short ride away and the city which is very easy to get to. All is near. Them place is spacious and ample. Deck is open great view.

Our group of 4 (two couples) were so appreciative of the wonderfully decorated and equipped space Marc and Pierre-Marc had waiting for us. The location was great, walking distance to Old Québec, and conveniently near a grocery store, a gourmet store, various coffee shops and restaurants. (La Boîte à pain makes a delightful lemon meringue pie!) The (included!) parking was near enough that even with rain, it didn't feel inconvenient. Thank you so much for the bottle of wine - it went very well with the cheese and paté we brought home from Le Grand Marché! Thank you for making our first visit to Québec City so comfortable!

Very nice apartment arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect. Located a 15-minute drive from Old Quebec and right next to Montmorency Falls, we had a pleasant stay. i highly recommend this listing.

This is a great place to stay to explore the city. If you don’t mind walking or taking public transportation it’s about 20 mins to the old town area, but along the way you have great places to eat and drink. Comfortable bed, and nicely equipped kitchen. Responsive proactive host. Would not hesitate to stay again.
