A wonderful home that is really fully equipped! Everything is thought out and planned so that we have a great time! The welcome and explanations are clear and it was a pleasure to interact with you. 😉 Thanks for the tips on restaurants and outings to do! We had a great stay, in a quiet place, very nice and the jacuzzi is a real plus in this accommodation which is super well located for visiting La Rochelle and its surroundings 😉

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

We had a great time in Avignon! Very good communication from start to finish. The house is great and super nice! Between the jacuzzi, the plancha and the beautiful setting. I totally recommend this place if you want to unwind from your daily routine!

Very pleasant stay with magnificent views from the accommodation and the spa. Very welcoming host. The Bikki beach within walking distance is a restaurant bar with your feet in the sand on Nonnes beach, it was great.

Fabulous stay after a long drive drive Brigitte was there to greet us your own enclosed garden which was amazing for us as we had our 2 dogs , and secure parking spot with electric gates, nice and clean felt like home from home , peaceful and quiet will return again

This is the third time we've come to Tracy and Bénédicte's and we always feel so good there. Everything is perfect: clean, well-decorated, well-located in a peaceful area that matches the listing description in every way. Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joel are charming and very welcoming. A property to keep in mind.

Philippe is an exceptional host. Before we arrived he answered all our questions very quickly. The welcome was warm (with a bottle in the fridge waiting for us). We appreciated the time he spent giving us recommendations. The house was perfect for our needs, secure, we always left the car open because there's a gate. Our stay was peaceful. We had planned activities that we canceled in the end because we felt at home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'll be happy to come back. No shops within walking distance close to the rental.

We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
