The pool is only open in July and August, and access is somewhat far from the parking lot and difficult, so it's not recommended for those with heavy luggage. Come light to paradise!

We were very lucky to have come across Anne and Fred's listing on Airbnb. We have dreamed of such a property all the years during our visits to Provence, absolutely quiet and peaceful location about 3 km outside of Vaison la romaine. Total peace and quiet during the day and at night anyway! The property is generously sized and with the well-kept pool you have a small paradise. When we travel back to Provence, this is our first choice !!! Many thanks to Anne and Fred!

Beautiful place, the accommodation offered was very qualitative and exotic. Christian is a very friendly and welcoming host. The activities around are great, especially the vultures. Looking forward to discovering the area in summer, we'll be back. Go there without so much as a second thought.

We had a wonderful time in La Petite Ruche. The accommodation is beautifully located in the olive grove and is great and stylishly equipped. Communication with Abbi and Yoann was straightforward and we were helped quickly and easily. We highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

The villa is surrounded by quintessential Provence countryside and the views are spectacular. The villa is very comfortable inside and is finished to a very high standard. The pool is large and the garden is beautifully maintained, making the outdoor spaces very pleasant to relax in. We were just a couple with a young baby, but the villa would be ideal for a larger group. The village of Villedieu is a short (5-10 min) walk down the hill, and is very pretty and peaceful. There is a nice square where you can sit and have a drink, and there is also an Epicerie for essentials. Other recommendations include: Châteauneuf-du-Pape (particularly Le Verger des Papes), Avignon and Pont du Gard, which are all within driving distance (45 mins to 1 hr). The host (Simon) also had some other good recommendations.
