Apartment similar to the photos, impeccably clean and offering basic amenities: coffee machine, small extra fridge... The bedding is very comfortable too! The building is very quiet, which allows a good rest! Hosts are also very responsive to messages, which is reassuring when you stay somewhere. In short: a place to stop!

We found a clean, easy to access and well secured space. Dominique called us to see if everything was okay. We had a very friendly discussion. She is attentive and very pleasant. For parking, there was space right in front of the entrance to the accommodation and to avoid having to pay, we parked the car on Saturday in the free parking lot which is really not far away. This is an advantage to consider because in Valenciennes, it is not always very easy to park. Enjoyable stay to visit our son. Nice, functional accommodation and good location A little footstep noise from the upstairs neighbor and the street. Highly responsive and accommodating host by message. Clear instructions for check-in and Wi-Fi. Household products available. But some traces of grease and cooking, and dust in places. A beautiful cookbook! Good value for the money.

A perfect stay. Émilie is very smiling and kind, very well hosted The accommodation is great, we had an excellent weekend. Clean, no complaints. The bedding is very comfortable. It's very quiet, you sleep very well there. And the little extra is the spa area, the little terrace, a treat. We know where to spend our next weekends when we come back to the area without hesitation. Thank you again for hosting us

Very nice accommodation, perfect for a couple. My wife liked it a lot, and we had a great time. When we arrived, no smell contrary to what some reviews might suggest. And despite the fact that it was a Saturday night, with pleasant weather, there was no noise — neither from the street, nor from the laundromat located just below. We even slept with the window open without being disturbed once. The drinks and water bottles provided were a welcome touch. In short, a quiet, clean and welcoming place, perfect for a couple.

We had a great time, Ô Cinq Sens hosted us very well. We were able to test the two accommodations, Bali and Factory, different from each other, but both also pleasant. I highly recommend it, great value for money.
