Nestled in the very heart of the Piton de Sancerre, this cottage will allow you to discover or rediscover the Sancerrois. This charming little house can accommodate up to 2 people and has all the necessary comforts. Cooked equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle. Upstairs the bedroom has a double bed 140x200 with bed linen provided. Shower room with WC and towels provided.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
