35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views on the southern flanks of the Vercors. A stone's throw from downtown Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river you are in the countryside and the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Green cottage (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Opening onto a beautiful garden, the fields and mountains of Diois, this small accommodation is located in a traditional local house where the host lives. It offers a charming living room with a double bed, a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette as well as a shower room and separate toilet. This cottage is perfect for a couple (up to 3 travelers) wishing to enjoy the calm and nature. The host is on site, bed and bath linens available, dogs allowed.

Nestled at the top of the picturesque village of Saint Roman, this former house dates from medieval times. Spacious, quiet, rustic, it offers an atypical setting with authentic charm. Located at the foot of the Glandasse, many hikes are done from the house. By car: 10 min. from Die 5 min from Chatillon en Diois (shops, most beautiful village in France) Walking: 15min from the river Please note, no wifi and the network signal is quite weak.
