Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Romain-de-Benet

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

The accommodation is spacious and suitable for children. The location is perfect because it's close to beautiful beaches. Lydie is responsive and attentive. We'll be happy to go back!

I'm delighted with the short stay we had at Cindy's place! I found it particularly nice to be greeted by Cindy and her husband who are really very friendly. The house is very clean, perfectly arranged, well-equipped. The children were delighted to play on the trampoline, enjoy the garden and the game table. The environment is peaceful. Our hosts were very attentive... in short, nothing to complain about!

The apartment is very beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped — nothing is missing. All the comforts are there, which allowed us to have a great weekend with the family and our 4 children, who loved the toys provided. Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed a relaxing stay for 8 nights whilst visiting my daughter & her family who live in the village. The little house, built we believe in 2023 was open-plan and quite spacious & light (with mostly electric shutters) with oven, induction hob & microwave. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water and very comfortable bedsettee. The description was as on the advert. The bungalow is opposite the owner's house with the pool immediately in front - which we did not use as we were out with my family a lot & then the weather cooled. Baker & butcher in village as well as an excellent cafe/small shop with all essentials. The owner & her husband were very welcoming and friendly & available if needed & appreciated a sampling of their lovely honey! If you enjoy the countryside tranquility and nature their garden is a haven for birdlife! No hesitation in recommending or rebooking. Thanks again!

We rented Virginie's place as a one-night stay for a wedding and it was perfect. Comfortable and well-equipped, we will remember the address to come back for a couple's vacation on occasion :) the surrounding villages are very beautiful and the estuary offers beautiful landscapes. I recommend it!

As soon as we arrived, JP was there to greet us, smiling, kind and friendly. He showed us the place, which was exactly as described in the listing. We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a package of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a lovely seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds to messages very quickly. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

We had a great time in this pleasant, clean and very well maintained apartment. When we arrived, the accommodation was perfectly clean, well ventilated and it smelled very good. The place is easy to access, secure and easy to find. The location is ideal, with many activities nearby: beach, zoo, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only small downside: the environment can sometimes be a little noisy depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and good location!

We had a great time in this very well arranged and tastefully decorated little apartment. It is located in a very quiet area, close to Soulac-sur-Mer, and has a great location. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, a real plus ☀️ Another very appreciable bonus: the provision of two bicycles, which allowed us to enjoy the surroundings without using the car, which remained parked for two days. A perfect stay, we would recommend it without hesitation!

Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive to ensure that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I would highly recommend it. Great location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the quiet of the residence. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. Small but very functional kitchen with all utensils, nothing missing. A luxury studio in such a beautiful building, with a fantastic garden where many birds sing. We had good weather, wonderful outside, watched Saintes but even more relaxing in the garden. Excellent
