We had an absolutely perfect stay in Antoine's house. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests: the house is very well equipped, decorated with great taste and extremely clean. The location is ideal, close to everything while remaining quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden is a real little piece of paradise, ideal for convivial family moments around the plancha, or to relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day. A big thank you to Antoine, who is adorable, very available and accommodating: he is an exemplary host, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

This accommodation has an exceptional geographical location, it is at the foot of the mythical towers of La Rochelle, in a pedestrian street and full of good restaurants. In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

A more than perfect rental for a family vacation. Ideally located accommodation, close to the sea, in a quiet neighborhood with a garage and a very valuable private parking space. Very well organized and equipped house for a large family and very clean. Marie and Emmanuel offered to let us check in earlier than planned. We just met Marie, a very friendly host, these many tips were very useful to us. We'll be happy to go back!

ideal accommodation for 2 quiet in full sun (attention! no air conditioning) with land that expands the residential space, close to all shops. Bedding remains a BZ. Parking and swimming pool are a great plus. 3km from the old port of La Rochelle but this is easily on foot or by river shuttle (€3/person). Elsa provides a detailed notebook of things to do to make your stay easier. I would highly recommend the place. Thank you to Samuel for hosting and providing advice. We'll save the address for another visit.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good tips even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time at the cottage, perfectly suited for our family. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located about fifteen minutes' drive from La Rochelle, making it a perfect starting point for discovering the region and the island of Ré. Special mention for the pool, which the kids loved! But above all, a big thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome, availability and great kindness. We would definitely recommend this listing!

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Clean and well-located studio, very good bed, nice small balcony for breakfast, I used the pool, sauna and hammam with satisfaction. We are barely 10 minutes from the port of St Martin de Ré, we'll be back with pleasure, thank you Jacky for your hospitality and Pascal for his accommodation

It was a great time at Nicolas's! The residence is very nice, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot weather and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!

We have very good memories of our time (5 nights) in this comfortable stay! Françoise received us warmly and hospitably. The amenities were excellent and everything was in accordance with the photos and the description. The studio was taken care of with a lot of love and attention to details. The use of the swimming pool was particularly welcome! (the outside temperature was 30 degrees.) We also gratefully used the bicycles. We have had a nice time!
