Very nice apartment, finely decorated, well equipped (towels, kitchen with large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, washing machine… to look for the little bug, I would just say that it was missing an oven dish), impeccable and comfortable bedding, large terrace where we were able to receive our friends. Very quiet residence and always possible to park directly in front of the entrance. TV with package (not essential in Martinique but the children still enjoyed it😉). Well located in Fort de France: quiet and accessible neighborhood, close to shops (by car, 10 minutes max from a good bakery or a large food store… but everything is done by car in Martinique), close to Didier waterfall and Balata garden (must do)… Clémentine welcomed us despite our late arrival, and was always available by phone. Easy key handover at checkout. Very good contact. We would recommend it without hesitation, and will keep in touch for a future stay.

Ideally located accommodation for the stay as I imagined, with the immediate proximity to the sea, from restaurants and walking access (less than1 km) to a convenience store. I recommend and will be back

Julien's place is lovely. It is quiet and very nicely renovated and decorated. The pool is very small but so nice for cooling off. Only downside, the ventilation is not as efficient as air conditioning. We thank Julien for his kindness and hospitality. We had a great time at this rental and will be happy to go back.

A very nice home, in a quiet area. The view is breathtaking, the pool is very nice and suitable for a family. Very well-equipped kitchen (this is noteworthy). Very clean accommodation and good bedding. Recommended!

The welcome was very warm and friendly. We learned to drink rum like a local. Because the shops were already closed, we also got some food and breakfast for the next day. It was a pleasant surprise and we are grateful. The place was private, clean and very well equipped. In fact, we could have left a lot of things at home. It was a problem to find the entrance to the property the first time, but the hosts immediately helped us. Parking is available on the property. Location is good - almost in the middle of the island. For us, it was not a problem that you can only speak French with the hosts. Hummingbirds fly in the garden at times. We loved staying there and would love to come back. Thank you again.

Great for a relaxing stay! The apartment is really nice and well thought out, everything is practical, simple, you feel good right away. Big positive point: the air conditioning in the room! I also really liked the outside garden side, it's a nice little corner to sit quietly. The neighborhood is peaceful, you can easily walk around the area. I went a little higher and it's really a nice place to walk. And finally, a big thank you to the hosts for hosting us: they were very courteous and responsive, which makes the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

The house is not overlooked and is a little secluded without being isolated, the sea and Pelée Mountain view is just amazing! A real vacation home where you feel like you're in a different country.

Wonderful stay at Fabrice's place, very clean and all the amenities required (there is more available than listed). The pool was delightful, a lovely relaxing 12night stay. Very hospitable and friendly host. Was a great place to stay and I hope to return. Easily accessible bus service to beach and town (walkable if you like a little hike). I speak little french but Fabrice went above and beyond accommodating my needs, which I hugely appreciated. Thank You, will definitely return. Maybe for longer next time 🤩

Very good stay with Jean-Marc. The accommodation is perfectly as described, very well-equipped and close to the city center. Nothing to complain about, it was perfect!

The views are incredible and Roseline is more than friendly! We were able to taste the specialties by ordering him a meal ... better than at the restaurant! We recommend it!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place. It corresponds to the description, is on the third floor, is very well and lovingly equipped and significantly larger than it looks in the photos. There were also some attentions that we were very happy about (Water, Juice and a cooler with items for Ti punch, etc.). Our highlight was the beautiful balcony overlooking the Fort-de- France. The contact with Cedric was great, he picked us up from the ferry and dropped us off at the airport. He also helped us to organize a rental car- thank you for the warm welcome and recommendations! We highly recommend a stay.

Great 2-week stay at Evelyne's. The apartment is very large, and pleasant, 200 m from the beach. The beautifully maintained garden is beautiful, and Evelyne is an extremely kind, welcoming and endearing person. We were sad to leave! There are 3 apartments for rent but the layout and spaces are such that it is not at all bothersome. You really feel at home, quiet. Evelyne is also very respectful and caring, present when needed, but never imposing herself. The garden is huge and is a real haven of peace.
