In Le Carbet (North Caribbean), you will occupy the ground floor. I live on the top floor of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, located above the village where you will find a convenience store, bakery, and restaurants. A car is a must in Martinique; we offer a Sandero (ask for details). If you want to stay in the south of the island, my son René and his wife Isabelle (who manages the property for me) rent out 2 private bedrooms (max. 4 people), with a pool/Jacuzzi, in Sainte-Luce. The Beach House

This house in the heart of Saint Pierre (city of Art and History) overlooks the beach on the ground floor, from its terrace to the first you can admire the anchorage with many sailboats. The sea is clear and quiet which makes the bath unique. A grape tree (traditional tree) allows you to have your meals and aperitifs directly with your feet in the sand while enjoying its shade.
