Warm 100 m2 house with three bedrooms in a living room, open plan kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very good location 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away close to all amenities. I live there half of the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more.
