Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Pour entrer au sous-sol, avec la porte qui ouvre vers l'intérieur, et les escaliers qui sont assez abrupts, c'était pas facile de transporter nos bagages à l'intérieur. La table pour prendre les repas est petite et accomode 2 personnes. Le sofa est confortable. La cuisine est bien garnie. L'internet fonctionne très bien et le petit bureau de travail au salon est pratique.

The hosts were very proactive with helping in regards to any questions or concerns I had during the trip which allowed the experience to go smoothly, the location was beautiful and very peaceful which was exactly what I needed, perfect get away apartment if your looking to relax and enjoy nature!

We spent three nights at Catherine’s Airbnb. She was a lovely host, who was extremely quick at responding to any messages. We had a minor issue pop up upon arriving, Catherine answered within 5 minutes of us messaging, which was fantastic! The Airbnb was in a beautiful location, and was about a 30 minute drive to the heart of the city, which was great! The space had everything we needed for our three night stay. Thank you again Catherine!

Very nice plane next to Montmorency Falls and about 15 minute drive from old Québec City! There was a bit of construction to before getting to the airbnb which was a little confusing but after the first time not so bad! You get a lovely view of the bridge and the place is overall quiet. It was hot when we came in but we were able to adjust the air conditioning to a comfortable temperature. Mélanie’s messages were clear and helpful for check in and check out, which was greatly appreciated to have clear instructions. Overall it was a nice, welcoming, peaceful short stay and I would come back!

Petit appartement cosy, très bien situé avec une terrasse agréable, le plus, un petit escalier qui permet de monter depuis l'extérieur et tout en haut de voir la skyline de la ville Québec.

c'était un beau petit coin! l'appartement était vraiment chaleureux il y avais tout tout tout nous avons manquer de rien. l'hôte est vraiment exceptionnel. L'emplacement de l'appartement est super bien situé une belle grande marche de 20 minutes seulement pour l'épicerie sinon le tout ce fait super bien en voiture. je recommande fortement ce petit logis tranquille et paisible

Had a wonderful stay at Jean’s place, perfect location for catching the ferry to Quebec. The pullout sofa bed was very useful. And Jean was very responsive and helpful, even had a well detailed binder with everything to do in Lévis.

J'ajouterais que les lits étaient très confortables, la climatisation était SUPER! Il y a tout à proximité (épicerie, resto, site historique) C'était notre rencontre annuelle des trois soeurs et nous avons eu un séjour magnifique. Merci pour ce Condo si confortable et cette nature extraordinaire qui nous entourait.

This lovely basement apartment was quiet, clean, and so comfortable for my family. Although pretty far from old town, if you have a car it is a great place to stay. The only trick is to make sure you close the door of the shower so steam doesn't make the fire alarm sound, which both of my kids did (right after each other). There was coffee and a coffee maker, which was wonderful. Everything feels very well taken care of. The freezer wasn't quite getting cold enough for ice cream, but I let the host know and I expect she will fix it as she seems very interested in maintaining a wonderful space. Highly recommended! You can actually cook here, the kitchen is well stocked. Every room has a fan and is truly comfortable.

Well located nearby Le Massif and Baie St-Paul. Nice view of the St-Lawrence when not cloudy!

Super endroit malgré une réservation tardive Eric à su me répondre rapidement car j’étais en visite à Québec pour venir voir amis et famille sa rend vraiment les choses simple et pour pouvoir décrocher de la routine le spas était de mise. J’y séjournerais pour mes prochaines vacances!!!

The house was very clean, smells clean, and lots of extra touches that you’d not usually see in an airbnb. The view into the woods is a great plus- and the skylight as well. Bright space and good location. It’s easily one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever rented. It’s reasonably priced as well.
